The All New Tesla Model S
Tesla might not be a renowned car manufacturer, but it strives to make its mark known in the automobile world by launching the Tesla Model S, an all electric sport sedan. Such production will take place at Tesla Motor that is situated at Silicon Valley. According to Tesla, the new Model S was designed strictly from scratch and did not use any car model as a base of its creation. The new production will make its way to the public eye during second half of 2012, in which three different types of lithium ion battery packs will be offered, starting with 160, 230 and 300 miles.
Electrifying Tesla Model S
To many petrol heads, going green mean retiring to riding a bike or at most driving some hybrid car while constantly checking the fuel-consumption indicator instead of the speedo. Then when Tesla arrived with their whopping 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds Elise based Roadster, many of them believed that there finally is light at end of the tunnel for speed freaks.
