PROTON Holdings Berhad has launched the Satria Neo R3 which features an enhanced R3 body kit, sports rim, trims and accessories to give it a more sporty and aggressive appearance. Exterior changes include the addition of a R3 rear spoiler, front splitters, R3 front and rear mark, titanium coloured side protecting mouldings, and 16” R3 alloy rims. While the interior features R3 front semi-bucket seats with leather upholstery complemented by R3 floor mats and a 2 DIN multimedia audio and a GPS navigation system.

Proton and Honda sign Collaboration Agreement

Proton’s new owner, DRB Hicom has announced that Honda is Proton’s new Japanese strategic partner. The deal was finalised recently and signed in Japan. Under the agreement, Proton and Honda will be able to explore more in concurrent engineering, each other’s technology, new product line-up, platform and facilities sharing. This collaboration will certainly help both parties in becoming better car manufacturers in the future.
