Toyota’s racing and tuning partner Gazoo Racing has unveiled a new concept at Tokyo Auto Salon known as the ‘GRMN SPORTS FR Concept PLATINUM’. The Platinum features revised styling, a supercharger and a turbocharger which further distances it from the Toyota 86.Engine and specification:
For the performance upgrades, Gazoo Racing has added a supercharger and a turbocharger to its 2.0 litre boxer engine. Along with other improvements, it has a capacity to deliver 325 horsepower of maximum power and 431 Nm of torque. The car comes with over 50% increase of power output. It is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission which sends power to the rear wheels via a limited slip differential.
