The latest Mercedes-Benz M-Class is now available in Malaysia. The M-Class is priced at RM570, 888. The new M-Class promises high safety and well-balanced ride comfort in addition to driving dynamics on and off the road with a number of new chassis developments and dynamic control systems.
Engine and specification:
Equipped with 3.5 litre V6 engine, it has a capacity to deliver 306 hp of maximum power at 370 Nm of torque. It is mated to seven-speed automatic transmission 7 G-Tronic Plus that offers optimum fuel consumption by permanently adjusting the engine speed. It features a permanent all-wheel-drive system that offers excellent handling of the SUV.
The SUV is able to accelerate 0 to 100 km/h from in 7.6 seconds before it hits a top speed of 235 km/h. The SUV’s combined fuel consumption is recorded at 8.5 l/100km. Therefore, the new M-Class consumes 25 per cent less fuel than previous models.
Interior, Multimedia & Safety:
In the interior, the car comes with leather on the seats, door cards, steering and parts of the transmission tunnel. The M-Class comes with the Thermotronic three-zone luxury automatic climate control for you to adjust the desired interior temperature. The interior is designed for maximum practicality and comfort for the driver and passengers.
In terms of Multimedia, the ML 350 comes with the COMAND Online multimedia system that offers internet access in the M-Class on a 7 inch colour display. The car also comes with the Rear-seat entertainment system to ensure that the rear compartment passengers will not get bored.
In terms of safety, M-Class comes with airbags depending on the predicted severity of the impact. In addition, the M-Class comes with Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), anti-lock braking system (ABS), Attention Assist, Pre-Safe occupant protection system, adaptive brake lights and Brake Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Parking Assist and Active Blind Spot and many more helping the driver to avoid danger.
