BMW Group Malaysia has introduced the all-new BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé. BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé is a coupe that is practical for everyday use. The first ever four-door coupé is priced at RM788,800 on the road, without insurance. Buyers can also purchase with the optional premium package for an extra RM35,000.00. The premium pack adds 19 inch Style 423 wheels, Nappa leather with contrast stitching, and a leather dashboard.
Engine and specification:
Equipped with in-line six-cylinder 3.0-litre engine which combines the BMW TwinPower Turbo technology with twin-scroll turbocharger engine, it has a capacity to deliver 320 hp of maximum power at 450Nm of torque. The impressive car to accelerate the 0 – 100km/h in 5.4 seconds before hitting a top speed of 250km/h.
It is mated to a 8-speed sport automatic transmission that comes with a Auto Start / Stop function and Driving Experience Control. Driving Experience Control enabling drivers to chose between the comfort, sports or ECO PRO mode for a more exciting driving. Average fuel consumption claimed at 7.8 litres per 100 kilometres. On the other hand, CO2 emission is recorded at 181 g/km.
Exterior & Interior
BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé are available seven exterior colors such as Black Sapphire, Vermillon Red, Havanna, Space Grey, Orion Silver, Deep Sea Blue and Mineral White. Malaysia has included a set of 18 inch Style 365 wheels with 245/45R18 tires for the coupe.
In the interior, the new 6 Series Gran Coupe’s is available in Black, Cinnamon Brown and Ivory White. In addition, it comes with a large iDrive monitor and wonderful craftsmanship which exclusive to the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. The all-new BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé is also the only four-door coupé that offers space for up to five people as standard. Its two rear seats are sporty individual seats with a high degree of comfort. Third seat can be used for shorter trips as the rear passenger area has a thick console.
