Ivy Peng has taken over the wheel of Goodyear Malaysia, the leading tyre manufacturer in Malaysia, as she becomes Managing Director of Goodyear Malaysia Berhad, replacing Encik Zakariah Ahmad. Her new role oversees the company growth, direction and strategy execution for Goodyear Malaysia.
Ivy Peng expressed her excitement, “Goodyear is one of the very few industries with such a long heritage. It is definitely an honour and a great opportunity to be leading this great company.”

Peng previously served as the Sales Director of Goodyear Malaysia for 2.5 years. Known for her strong people management skills and market driven strategies, she spent 2 years in Singapore and led the business model transformation in ASEAN. She successfully worked with her team in each country to achieve and sustain market leadership position. Previously, she also headed Kodak Malaysia as General Manager and Vice President of ServTouch-Wywy (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Peng has 25 years of experience in the consumer goods industry and she was also nominated for the 2007 Kodak Jane Lanpher Legacy award which honours women in the company and also named Top 3 women leaders in Kodak Worldwide.
