Seems like every automaker got Small Compact Cars? Well, perhaps not all. But it also seems to be one of the trends in the automotive industry nowadays. Take for instance the Suzuki Alto from Japan which is Compact, Small and reliable. Of course this car is best match for city driving.

Now let’s talk about specifications for this car. Let’s start with the engine. Putting into consideration the size of the vehicle and weight, depending on each model, the Suzuki Alto has a 996 cc 3 Cylinder Engine with 12 valves. This means that there are 4 valves in each of the 3 Cylinders. The engine is coupled with a 5 speed manual Transmission or 4 speed Automatic.

Suzuki Alto is designed to be Eco Friendly which can be found in their website. The car is made up of less materials and light weight components giving it the characteristic of being eco – friendly. This car is already in its seventh edition. The first generation was delivered since 1979 and lasted up until 1984. I did not know that Suzuki has this model since that year. Until I saw the latest version since it captured my attention because of its superior aerodynamic design and shape.

The car maybe small but it does have room and space inside. Take for instance the ability of Suzuki Alto to fold the rear seats back. This gives you the option to carry stuffs like a small chair, big luggage that won’t fit at the rear compartment, and others that you could fit into that additional space. Handy isn’t?

I have always been optimistic about cars that are efficient and create less negative impact to the environment. So if small cars with smaller engines are created, this gives added weight about taking care of our planet. The Suzuki Alto proves to have met these qualities due to its Newly Developed Euro 5 Compliant Engine, Less and Light weight usage of materials, Superb Aero Dynamic Design and others.
