Like the pre-facelift City, the facelift City comes with two grades – S and E. Both have different alloy wheel design and also specification list. Since Grade E is the more expensive variant, it ticks all the boxes in the equipment list. Grade E has extras such as front fog lights, retractable side mirror with turning indicator, paddle shift, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio control, tray under the rear seat and cupholder integrated into the rear armrest.
Interior wise, the revised City gained minor changes to the dashboard and meter cluster. There’s also an ECO light fitted now to show whether you are heavy on the accelerator pedal or not.
The rear seat also gained a headrest and 3-point seatbelt for the centre seat. In the safety department, Grade E comes with an additional Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA). Other than that, both variant has the usual ABS, EBD, BA, Dual SRS Airbag and ISOFIX. A 5-year unlimited mileage warranty is also a part of the revised City, looks like Honda is stepping up in the game in terms of safety and warranty since our local manufacturers are giving all out in these areas too.
Price wise, the Grade S City is priced at RM85,980 while the Grade E City is priced at RM90,980, both OTR with insurance. Go for the Grade E variant if you plan to get a City, as the extra RM5k gives you better features, safety and convenience.
