BMW Group Malaysia recently introduced the latest edition of its successful premium sports sedan, the sixth generation BMW 3 Series, in a stylish event held over two consecutive nights.
At the event, which was held at The Mines International Exhibition & Convention Center, Mines Resort City on 22 March 2012, BMW Group Malaysia customers were taken on a journey through the history of the BMW 3 Series – from the classic BMW 2002 to the first generation BMW 3 Series to the latest sixth incarnation of the premium sports sedan. All six heritage cars were showcased in an art gallery like setting at the Welcome Area.
Themed “Athletics on the Move”, showcasing the historical editions of the cars in unison to music and digital video mapping projections of the era was a fashion show featuring pop culture elements.
“Everything about the BMW 3 Series unveiled tonight is new – new design and looks, new engine, new leading and game changing innovations”, Geoffrey Briscoe, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia said in his welcoming the new BMW. A recent winner at the 2012 Red Dot Awards for its design, the all new BMW 3 Series is also the most technologically advanced car in its class, featuring the latest technologies from BMW’s Efficient Dynamics and ConnectedDrive technologies. Entertainment for the evening was courtesy of famed London based DJ Scarlett Etienne from DJ Scarlett and The Pixels who took over the stage to keep the crowd entertained.
The all new BMW 3 Series is available at all 15 authorised BMW dealerships nationwide. The retail prices (on the road, without insurance, with BMW Service + Repair Inclusive (BS+RI)) for the new BMW 3 Series are:
BMW 320d RM268,800
BMW 328i RM309,800
BMW 335i RM488,800

When it comes to buying a new entry luxury sedan, the first best choice for all loyal consumers all around the world is the BMW 3 Series, in my opinion. If low price, and high fuel economy is your concern, then go with the new 328i model.
