When Kia Rio was unveiled in 2009, the whole world praised the design as something that was extremely elegant and stylish. Now Kia is all-set to challenge the design limits of vehicles by refining the design features of the 2012 Kia Rio even more. And from the looks of this vehicle, the 2012 Kia Rio is set to be the most stunning vehicle that we have all seen in ages!
When you go through the sketches of the stunning new 2012 Kia Rio, you would realize that the new car is all-set to be longer and wider than the older Rio. But one significant feature of the new Rio is the fact that it would be significantly lower than its predecessors, giving it a more sporty and sophisticated look. This would undoubtedly attract the younger crowd, though those that are old in age and young at heart would also pretty much find the new Kia Rio hard to resist.
The design work of the car was led by Kia’s chief designer, Peter Schreyer who rejoiced at the positive reaction that the sketches were receiving. Schreyer disclosed the fact that the B-segment car has been designed with aerodynamics as the main feature, which explains why the car is built upwards from the front to rear. The interior is definitely out of this world, especially with cockpit like dashboard and steering wheel that would undoubtedly be a huge pulling factor when the vehicle finally goes on sale in 2012. The trims and seats are also set to be fitted with high-quality materials and items to give the car a premium feel.
The 2012 Kia Rio is deemed to be next big thing in vehicle design, and from the sketches, I must say that I cannot agree more! Bold, aggressive, imposing and without a doubt sleek, 2012 definitely can’t arrive soon enough for the millions of Kia fans out there! You can see the car in flesh at the Geneva Motor Show in March this year, though I am sure this will be the concept vehicle and not the production version (which would be unveiled probably at the end of the year).
