New Mitsubishi Pajero 2010

I was at Mitsubishi Kepong for service of my baby (20,000km) and i happen to go to the showroom to see the newest Mitsubishi Pajero 2010. My, this is really huge !

In my impression all this while, the Pajero is a 4X4 build for road hill climbing, getting down dirty here and there. I didn’t imagine that it looks so very classy now !  Just looking at the dash gets me all excited !

There are so many features packed in this 4X4 that i really don’t know where to start !

First things first, what caught my eye is this baby comes with a Rockford Fosgate Audio system as standard ! There are a total of 12 speakers including a subwoofer !

Next up is the engine, this baby is powered by a 3.8L V6 24V SOHC MIVEC petrol engine capable of 250 hp and peak torque of 329Nm at 2,750 RPM. This would be great for city driving as well :)

Next up is handling, where the Mitsubishi’s famous AWC control system is installed with ASTC (Active Stability and Traction Control ) for better handling and safety of this giant baby.

As you can see on the left there is another lever for you to select which mode you want to use, whether 2 wheels or 4 wheels depending on the road conditions.

Overall i am totally impressed with the new Pajero, with a host of features thats really making this 4X4 classy !

The price is about RM 290,000 where i’d say its worth every penny if you are planning to get a new baby in this segment :)

We have all been reminded to frequently check the level of motor oil in the car, and some of us have even changed or refilled the shiny golden hued oil, or at least watched mechanics do the job for us. But what exactly is motor oil and what exactly does it do?
