  1. Please advise. If I want to buy a second hand Hyundai car from a friend. And the car just finance with bank for a year plus ago. Should I pay him the amount of money that he already paid the instalments for a year plus to the bank? Why?But I not yet consider to buy from him until getting some advice as he ask me pay him the amount that he paid to bank early on. Thank you.
